Schools LAN upgrade reaches mid way point

PW Comms were able to deliver this project because of their ISO 9001 accreditation for the Design, Installation and Support of their network solutions and their vast experience in voice and data networks. All engineers are CRB checked and qualified to work within a school environment and experienced to deliver the level of service required.

Many of the Primary schools data networks had evolved over several years to varying standards. The network infrastructures could not support the demands of the latest technologies and applications and there were not enough connection points to meet the current schools demands. The project did not require new network infrastructure, just smart upgrade of existing systems. PW Comms delivered a standards based network across all schools to unify maintenance and allow for future upgrades. Each school now has a technology enabled network to enhance the working environment for both teachers and pupils learning/teaching experience.

The project is now reaching midway point and the 100 upgrades have been a great success.
